About payment methods

Our site supports the following payment methods.

credit card

Card payments can be made using JCB, VISA, Mastercard, and American Express brands.

Google Pay

If you are viewing using Google Chrome , you can pay using your Google Pay account.
On the payment screen, select Google Pay from Express Checkout .

Apple Pay

On iPhone , iPad , and Mac , you can use Apple Pay to pay on the web in Safari .
On the payment screen, select Apple Pay from Express Checkout .

PayPal

You can pay using the credit card, debit card, or bank account (direct debit) registered in your PayPal account.

Bank transfer

After completing your order, please transfer the total order amount to your designated bank account.
Please note that the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

About delivery and shipping charges

Delivery time : 1-2 business days from order (excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands)

Shipping fee : Free shipping nationwide

About cancellation

■ Please note that once an order has been placed, we cannot accept returns or cancellations due to customer reasons.

■ Please note that we generally cannot accept cancellations of orders after they have been shipped.

About return/exchange conditions

If the product is initially defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product and we will replace it with a new product.

Please note that we will bear the return shipping costs due to initial defects or damage.
